    When in a text chat with another player, simply scroll up a bit, it should tell you when that conversation started.

    You can always check your messages via Xbox.com as well, clicking on "My Xbox" at the top and then choosing Messages

    In need of some serious help with player taking advantage of message reporting glitch

    Not aware of this 'glitch'. All messages are time stamped so there is no way to keep reporting the same message over and over.

    Block them and no matter what anyone says on messages or how offensive they are DO NOT respond to them.
