How to Change Xbox One Dashboard Backgrounds?

I have tried uploading photos to the OneDrive application on the Xbox one system and I still don't see an option to use these photos as my dashboard background. How do I go about changing the picture for my dashboard background?

This should be ridiculously easy to do it is quite sad that I have to come to the forums to figure how to do something that should be so basic.

all i did was type in your title into google.

From what I know oneDrive is for exporting from xbox not importing.

Sorry you're having issues changing your background picture. Try following the steps here and settings your background to an achevement or something off a USB drive.

You can add a custom background to your Xbox you need the media player app to do it. Either have the image on a USB stick or on a networked computer or other device you can remotely access.

A simple search on google will give you directions on how to do it....

All I want to do as add one of my favourite pictures to the Dashboard background like you can with 360. But heard you can only change the colour of the Dashboard background not put a picture? Is this true or will we have to wait for an update? If you can
add a picture to the Dashboard background like for 360, they should allow you too for 1. M implies you can "personalize" your Xbox. Someone commented you may not be able to add a picture to the Dashboard background cuz the Tiles are live or something.
