How to change Wolfestein New Colossus language from Windows Store

Do you have your language set up anywhere as Portuguese??? - YES. My Windows is in Portuguese. But usually I change the game settings to my preferred language. In this case, Wolfenstein New Colossus doesn't have this option.



When you changed language anything on your computer change??? - Yes, everything changed. Even the region of the Windows Store changed. But still my system kept the Portuguese as a secondary language. Only when I deleted the whole Portuguese
package I was able to play the game in English. (I really want to play the game in English and keep my system in Portuguese - just like I do with other games...)

Where was game purchased from?? - I purchased on Windows Store but the page says the game is available in several languages.

Windows' Store games are a pain to cutomize, it's something I hope to see improved because there's no way they can compete with other PC stores this way.

Anways, onto the actual help, you went to Config > Time & Language (Hora e Idioma) > Region (Região) and then changed Region Format (Formato de região) to your selected language? Mindo you, changing the country does nothing in this regard. If the game's
still in portuguese after changing and rebooting the machine, I've no idea what might be causing it, you could try to add a language package in "Language" settings to the desired language too, but I'm not sure that would help.

Last thing to check, your Windows is fully up to date? Gamepass and MS store works erratically if there's updates in the queue.

I found a solution.

My Windows is in english, I live in Brazil, and Wolfenstein II was in portuguese with no option to change the language. Also I am using a brazilian Microsoft store account.

What fixed it was:

-control panel

-clock and region

-region

-format: choose format English (United states)

It will put the date format in the american style. But will also make Wolfenstein run in english.
