You would need to opt out of the program and then re-register after a few days in order to update the region on your rewards account. You'll want to post iin the support section of the forum so support knows you're about to do it and then post back after
you're back in so they can add your pending credits back to the account.

Hi Nenon. You are unable to change your Xbox Live Rewards region to your current Xbox Live region because the program is ending. In order to get a deposit, you must change your Xbox Live region to match your Rewards region, which is MEX.

We can confirm that your deposit is being prevented due to a mismatch between your Great Britain Rewards Account region and your New Zealand Microsoft Account region. Since your Rewards Account is a separate entity from your Microsoft Account, migrating
your Microsoft Account region will not also change your Rewards Account region. Therefore, when your Rewards Account attempts a deposit in one regional currency, it cannot complete when your Microsoft Account is of a differing currency.

Keep in mind that it takes us up to 96 hours to receive and process new information. If you have just recently changed your Microsoft Account region back to Great Britain, then we have not yet received that updated information. You can see the current Microsoft
Account region for your account at the bottom of the MyRewards page. Once your Microsoft Account region is changed to the UK, it should be in alignment with your Rewards Account region, and your deposit should be able to complete successfully at that point.

If Xbox Live Rewards is unable to deposit into your account for some reason, as long as you have not opted out to make the transition to Microsoft Rewards, any undeposited Xbox Live Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be automatically converted
to Microsoft Rewards points and be added to your Microsoft Rewards account to redeem for whatever you choose from the Microsoft Rewards catalog.
