    It's probably your general internet connection. Drop outs will go unnoticed for general surfing if they're for 5-10 seconds at a time but for online gaming it's fatal.

    How did you get it on your console anyway because all apps are certified by Microsoft to be safe. The only way I can imagine is by what you are searching for when using Edge for surfing the web. If you did somehow get an infection then this is what I

    The only other information I found online is to clear the cache on your console. Do a hard reset by holding the Xbox power button for 10 seconds then restart your console. I hope this resolves your issue.
