    How to change subscription from one month to yearly


    It seems very obvious how I should be able to do this but apparently it's not.

    Can someone direct me in the right on how I switch from paying for a monthly subscription to yearly?

    I have tried going into my subscriptions & services but all I seem to be able to do is turn off or on the renewal every month. I'm not given the option to change it.

    I have also tried through my console in the membership part. I click on to extend my subscription but it only takes me back to the screen where memberships are listed (ie: xbox live, game pass, and ea games)

    Any help would be appreciated

    How can I change my subscription plan back to the Annual Renewal?

    I had a controller replaced via warranty repair a few months ago, the support agent at the time gave me a code to apply to my XBL account for a free month which would be tacked onto the end of my yearly service. Now my accounts shows a 1 Month subscription
    plan, instead of the Yearly Renewal, how do I change that back?

    I have been able to find payment option changes, but not subscription changes... Any info would be great here, thanks.

    DOUBLE BILLED FOR XBOX LIVE ACCOUNT

    I originally had a 1 month XBOX live subscription but I then signed up for the yearly subscription and this month still got charged for the 1 month. How can I cancel just the 1 month now without cancelling my yearly subscription?
    Also is there any way to get a refund for the month I was double billed?

    That's a deal meaning you purchase a yearly subscription, not a month for the 4.19. It's 4.19 a month by buying a yearly subscription.

    I was charged 59.99 in the month of November, then charged 25.99 in December why is that?

    Yearly subscriptions are no longer available through Xbox. You can purchase 12 month codes from retailers.
