How to change my upgrade from a month to a year?

hello. I was billed to pay for another year Xbox Live. I do not want this year to buy the subscription. How do I cancel it? Or at least change from year to month?

But if you’re literally just “upgrading” then how would that add the 37th month??? You know?? Shouldn’t it simply just upgrade your existing 36 months from gold to ultimate?

I remember the doubled mine from 30mb to 60mb during their 'free' upgrades a couple of years ago. Funny how they put the prices up a couple of months later so mine went back to 30mb as there was no notable difference. My Virgin bill increased by £7 in February
(again). VIRGIN DON'T DO FREE.

Digitally, the Imperial Edition Upgrade looks to be 'bundle only' meaning that it can only be acquired by buying the whole bundle, not the individual upgrade. That doesn't mean that won't change in future, but that's the case right now.

Typically, if its availability would change in future (i.e. becoming a separate, purchasable thing) you're looking at a few months from now. But that's just my opinion based on anecdotal evidence.

For now, though, the Imperial Edition Upgrade is bundle-only, so if you want it you would have to purchase the entire bundle.

I had same issue with my account two years ago, I called customer support to fix it. I had forgotten I had changed my membership from month to month to year to year. I had not change it in time for the billing. I had it fixed and it was credited back to
me. You can change you billing but it may take a month to show the change. Same as if you change your email and other things on your account. Call customer support and they will help you with this.
