You have to be 18 years or over to use custom gamerpics.

If the date of birth on the account is under 18 then there's nothing you can do.

Setting an account to adult wont change that,it's down to the date of birth on that account & that can not be changed.

If you updated your date of birth on your MS account via account.microsoft.com that does not change the date of birth on your xbox account. The date of birth listed on your xbox account on account creation is permanent. So if the age is under 18 it will
remain a child account until the age is 18.

Nope... This is all wrong...

Microsoft considers under the age of 18 as a child account. Then, it's depends on if they are over the age of 13 or a member of a Microsoft family account.

Sorry but if the age of the account is under 18 then there is nothing that can be done as the date of birth cannot be changed once entered.

However, if you are over 18 you are more than welcome to create your own account with the proper date of birth for use with the game.
