How to change Microsoft Multiplayer settings if I already changed them?

So I got new laptop and tried downloading minecraft, ever since I transfered (for some reasons) my mojang account to microsoft I've had several issues and disabled multiplayer is one of them. For a first hour I tried to understand how do I change my xbox settings if I don't even have family xbox. It also sometimes sent me to Microsoft family that I had... for some reasons?After I finally could change them and anable multiplayer it just simply won't work, I still can't join in multiplayer, I've never had this issue on my previous laptop so I don't know what to do. I've restarted minecraft launcher a few times, tried to change my settings with different ways (and it still showed that multiplayer is on) and nothing hapened. I'm thinking about redownoaliding Minecraft Launcher because even with that feels something wrong, like, is it normal that I don't have it on my screen and to open it I click on minecraft installer.

If your settings are already set to "allow" kindly sign in again to https://account.xbox.com/settings, from there "block" the following settings, and then submit, lastly "allow" again and submit, restart your device after that.

* You can see and upload community creations

* You can communicate outside of Xbox Live with voice & text

* Others can communicate with voice, text, or invites

* You can play with people outside of Xbox Live

* You can create and join clubs

* You can join multiplayer games

Make sure that you're signed in under the correct account.

To change your Microsoft account privacy settings, sign in to the privacy & online safety page. You can also make these changes on an Xbox One, Series X|S console or through the Xbox Family Settings app. When making any account changes, make sure to select “submit” to confirm and save these changes.

Note: If you’re using a child account, you’ll need an adult in your family to sign in to their Microsoft account to change your privacy settings.

To play Minecraft Realms, you need to allow the following settings:

“You can play with people outside of Xbox Live”

“You can create and join clubs”

“You can join multiplayer games safety”

anyone know how to get multiplayer? It says “go to Xbox.com to sign in to multiplayer and change the settings” but I can’t find the settings

Check your NAT settings. It needs to be set on Open to be able to play multiplayer.

You also need to go to your privacy and online settings under your account on the website to change your multiplayer settings to allow.

Keep in mind that only adult accounts can change these settings as child account is unable to change them.

I'm having the same issue with Realms! Whenever I try accepting an invite to one of my friends' realms, it keeps saying "You are unable to play multiplayer because of how your account is set up. Change your settings on aka.ms/accountsettings to allow this,"
but my settings are already set to "allow multiplayer."
