    How to change/log out of spotify account on xbox game bar?


    Hey,

    So.. today I decided to give xbox game bar a chance and started setting it up, the thing is, I logged in into the wrong spotify account, I've spent the last hour+ trying to unlink it but I don't seem to be able to find where to do it.

    One thing I tried already is on the spotify page to log out of all devices, that hasn't worked.

    I've also tried to repair the application on windows settings for the app and also tried to reset it to it's predefenitions, neither of the two worked.



    For me not to find it, I'm afraid is something too obvious of which I'll be ashamed of not noticing lol.



    That said, can anyone please help me? Thank you <3



    edit: also, I don't own an xbox just in case it would be easy to do it there.

    What is the error you're getting, and where are you trying to log in? Are you attempting to log in to Spotify for the Windows Game Bar? And can you verify you have the right account information by logging into spotify.com with the same account credentials
    you're trying to use via the Game Bar?

    login

    Close all games that connect to Xbox LIVE. Log out of your current account from Charm Bar -> Settings -> Change PC Settings -> Users -> Switch to a local account. Then log back into your account the same way, or run the game and log in when it prompts you.

    Hi! I'm Luis, a fellow Xbox Gamer . Thanks for reaching us out here.

    You just need to change your account´s password. After you change it, the game bar console will automatically ask for the new password whenever someone wants to log in :)
