How to change locked region/country info on you profile?

Check out this link on How to change your country or region for Microsoft Store. I would check your Xbox
region as well as Windows and Microsoft store to make sure they are all the same.

Here's how to change your region:

Sign in to your Microsoft account: account.microsoft.com
Select Edit profile info.
Update the info under Country/region, County, Postcode and/or Time zone, as applicable.

Sign into https://account.microsoft.com/

Click 'Your Info' at the top of the page. Under 'Profile info', click on 'Country or region'.

Select the region you wish to change to.

Here is how to change the region of your account.

Sorry but you cannot change the billing info. In order to purchase items online your billing info must match your physical location.

Also, be aware that even if you change your account region you still may not be able to purchase and download some content due to region locking. This means that although you may be able to purchase items you won't be able to download them if they are not
originally available outside of that country.
