    How to change locale region on xbox 360


    I just connected my old xbox 360 to my tv, and the region is locked to russia, and i cant change it. Its in the settings language and locale. I can change the language but the locale which is set to russia is grey and i cant access it. Can you please help with this? Also i know my console is connected to the internet, i saw that might be the issue in another post about this same issue.

    Latvia is not an Xbox console region, and is only supported for PC game Pass. Likely someone imported Russian consoles.
