    How to change Dark Souls II language to English or get a refund


    I'm an Ex-Pat ... I live in Japan ... so I naturally have a Japanese XBOX 360.

    My XBOX account is US and my console setting are all English.

    I loved Dark Souls and I recently purchased Dark Souls II using my US Xbox points.

    When I start the Game the start menus are all in English, New Game, Information, Go Online etc.

    BUT: When I click New Game everything switches to Japanese.

    This does not happen for any other game I have purchased.

    I can speak a bit of Japanese but I can't read Kanji so the game is unplayable.

    There was no warning that this would happen so I want instructions to tell me how to switch the game to English or a refund.

    Can anyone help?

    How can I change the language of the video on Xbox One video store?

    I just rented my third movie in two days... But this one decided to come in Spanish! I only see films in their native language, so how do I change the language to English? Or how do I get a refund? And how do I know in the future if it ll be in English
    or Spanish? Otherwise I won't rent another one.

    Dark Souls II easy.

    Titanfall I don't really see the appeal of and given how impressive and engrossing Dark Souls is, I'm extremely keen on Dark Souls II.

    I'm going to buy a PS3 to play FFX HD before I buy Titanfall How to change Dark Souls II language to English or get a refund :D

    Games on demand language

    You cannot change the language of on demand games as they are download from the Marketplace (unless there is an in-game option).

    The language is pre-selected based on which languages the game supports and which of those would be most appropriate for the region you are in.

    MK9 and Dark Souls probably do not support French and therefore you got it in English, whereas Oblivion does and so you get the French-language version.

    If you thoroughly enjoyed Dark Souls, prepare for disappointment with Dark Souls II.

    That should actually be its title, Dark Souls II: Prepare for Disappointment edition. The second is no where near the brilliance of the first one, in my opinion.
