    How to cancel the subscription - desperate for help!!!!!!!!!!!!


    So every year I get charged the $59.99 for Xbox and EVERY year I spend hours trying to get help from Microsoft to cancel this and stop charging my card. Every year I get the run around - I get phone numbers listed on my credit card charge that are no longer in service. I don't want to cancel my 365 just Xbox and we haven't had the xbox for awhile and don't even remember the email address is was under. HELP please!!!!!!

    Without the email, you'll need to contact support and speak to billing. You can request a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you don't see those options, change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me. You'll also want to see if they can get you the email for the account so you can sign in and cancel yourself.

    Thank you for the info - I was finally able to get someone to call me. They were absolutely NO HELP what so ever but I expected no less. I believe their policy is to make things as difficult as possible so that they can keep sucking money out of us.
