    Hi, I have an unauthorized charge for a XBOX game preorder (order id: 1799581566). I saw the game downloading on queue paused (from my console) but nothing was actually downloaded (0%). Do not know why and how it happened(probably mistouched). On my
    order history there is no option for refund. Could you give me advice on how to cancel this preorder and get refund? Thank you.

    Hi! According to the store page description you don't receive a code and instead the game is tied to your gamertag:

    'State of Decay: Year One Survival Edition and add-on content downloads require up to 25GB. ISP fees apply. Xbox Live account required.

    State of Decay: Year-One Survival Edition may be downloaded to your Xbox One console by selecting “My Games and Apps”, then selecting “Ready to Install”. Included content will automatically be added to Ready to Install, without the need of a download code.
