Here's how to cancel a pre-order:

1. Go to your Order history and find the order or pre-order.
   
2. Select Cancel item next to the item you want to cancel. If you don't see this option, you've already been charged for the item, but you can request an exchange or refund.
   
3. Select the check box next to the item and then select the Cancel item button.
   
4. Check your inbox for an email confirming the order was canceled. If you don't see the confirmation email in your inbox after a few minutes, check your spam or junk mail folder.
   

However, if you are facing any issues canceling the pre-order, I would suggest getting in touch with our live agents as they will be able to help. You can request a call back or live chat on the Xbox support website. If you are facing any issues with that, please go through Microsoft support. Once you get to the virtual agent just say “Talk to an agent” and select Xbox as the product, and your issue from the list. Select the option “Call me back” or “Live chat”, which shows the estimated wait time/queue. If you don't see the options to request a call back or chat with support, change your category/topic until you do. If it does not work, please select billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge".
