How to cancel my gift code

Hi All,

Im gifting FIFA22 (black friday offer) to my nephew account for his birthday present. but he cant redeem due to georestricted?? we in the same country.. and now i cant cancelled it, so am i just donated my money for a broken code?

You can fill manually the request if you choose why I don't see my purchase under the refund items list, and then request refund

Hi IA. I cant see the FIFA22 in the refund list after login my acc. In my order history has no other option apart from “print” , “view code”. The status stated “gift sent”

How to cancel a Microsoft Store gift card

If a digital gift card hasn't been redeemed, you can cancel it and get a refund up to 14 days from the date you bought it. Your gift cards are non-transferable to another person or Microsoft account.

Sign in to the gift card history page in your Microsoft account. If you end up on a gift card merchandise page, select Gift card history, sign in, then select Gift card history again.
Locate the gift card to cancel.
Select Cancel > Confirm to cancel the order and get a refund.

This applies to digital gift cards purchased online from Microsoft. It doesn't apply to physical gift cards purchased in a store, or to codes for products like Office or Xbox.
