Anyone know how you can canel a microsoft xbox live account, currently charging me 17.99 every 3 months for the last 20 years (dont ask, long story)

when you have NO usable information. Every possible way, such as recover lost password, recover lost account etc etc all just go round in circles because I dont have the email address anymore that we orignally signed up with. That dissapeared with BT several
years ago.

If there are MICROSOFT Administrators on THIS FORUM, for the love of god, PLEASE HELP. ITS DRIVING ME CRAZY.

thanks for the quick reply. I'm not a gamer though. I am a gamers parent still paying the bill for his gamer daughters past interests.

Why would anyone like the removal of the family pack? It just shows Microsoft sticking it to families forcing them to move to the X-Box one if they want to have one live gold account to pay for. I will also be cancelling my subscriptions.

When you have kids $240 a year is quite expensive for a service.

I have a 9 year old daughter, 7 year old son and 5 year old son that all love playing Minecraft on X-Box One. I play Halo and a few other games, but if you see someone playing Minecraft on my account, its them. I'll add some people here.
