How to cancel members who have already defaulted

If you turn off auto-renewal before that date, then your subscription will end.

If you don't, the system will start a new subscription and continue to try to charge you. If it can't, your subscription will be suspended until you pay off the balance you owe.

because you need to verify it is you who owns the account. if not anybody could cancel an account like a friend or family member or somebody you do not like if you could log into their account on the forum and simply cancel it I am sure that user would
be mad. and Rad NOBODY on the forum can cancel your account you were ALREADY told you have to do it over the phone you are wasting your time by asking it on the forum period.

The Free Trial is for those who are not currently Gold Members and not to extend the membership of those who already know how the xbox live works. To renew your gold membership you should purchase it.
