How to cancel family safety or give someone access???

I don't even know what question to ask as I am so frustrated. So I don't know when but my account became associated with a "family Safety" thing, and its prevented me from playing the simplest of games (even Minecraft?). I have gone into the family settings and there isn't even a parent or child thing, its JUST my account. I have gone in and changed EVERY setting to full access or whatever, and still, I cant join a friends server, or pay for games. I'm at a loss and I don't want to have to make a whole new account but I'm getting to that point. This whole Family thing doesn't even make sense to me, if you cant trust your child to play games and be responsible, then don't give them a console. Thank you for coming to my TedTalk.

It doesn't work because i have to give permission on family safety but i don't know how.....

I don't see an option for online safety. Would this be an exbox dashboard layout issue? If not then can you tell me how to access online safety?

I do not have a family plan, as I'm the only one who has XBL in my family.
