How to cancel an Xbox subscription

I am being billed for an Xbox subscription monthly to an Xbox I no longer have. I put a stop payment on my cc but they changed it to Microsoft ultimate subscription now so it went through again. I haven’t been able to reach anyone and cannot find any subscriptions on my Microsoft account. It’s getting really frustrating.

It will have all the steps on how to stop/cancel a subscription.

Keep in mind that if there is an payment due, that will need to be paid prior being able to cancel the subscription.

for a subscription it might be best to immediately cancel the subscription, that usually will show what will be refunded for the time that was remaining for the subscription.
