If you still can’t access or recover the Microsoft account associated with the active subscription, then the best option would be to contact your bank/card issuer to cancel the charges for you. This is probably the easiest route to resolve this anyway.

You can also always contact support directly. You may need to adjust your options to speak with someone. Try selecting either ‘I don’t recognise a charge’ or ‘I can’t redeem a code’ under ‘Subscriptions & billing’, then select live chat or request a call back.
