How to cancel a product return?

In this case you have two options:

A. Wait until the return request expires. Usually is after 14 days

B. You can try reaching Microsoft support and ask them to manually cancel the request for you if you're not able to do it via your order history

Is this related to a repair order? Or did you purchased the controller recently and you started a return request in order to get a refund?

I recently bought it brand new from the Microsoft store initiated a return request then decided to cancel the request but realized I can't do it in the usual way because the email with the receipt was incorrectly sent to an older email I don't have access to.
