    I’m trying to buy a Minecraft add on, but when I click the buy button, it says that safari can’t redirect because the web address was incorrect. I’ve tried on multiple devices, and none of them work.

    Sorry to hear you're having trouble. Are you trying to purchase add-ons through this link https://www.minecraft.net/marketplace on your phone?

    When you attempt to purchase through Minecraft Marketplace on the web, it should give a prompt/pop-up "Open in Minecraft" because you will have to complete the purchase in the in-game Minecraft Marketplace. Do you currently have the game installed on your phone where you are trying to purchase?

    Thank you for contacting the forums. Which version of Minecraft are you talking about buy add-ons from? There are 3 separate versions of Minecraft (Minecraft, Minecraft Xbox One Edition and Minecraft Xbox 360 Edition). I would recommend you to buy Xbox 360
    add-ons through the Xbox 360 marketplace if you specifically want add-ons on your son's Xbox 360.
