How to block child from downloading any games? Or how to block the store?

Make sure that your son’s account is added to a Microsoft Family group where you as parents can manage his account. You can set the content filters to your desired maturity level. The downside is that he may still able to download games that is appropriate in his age. There’s really no direct option to block him from downloading games especially if it’s a free game.

submit a player review dose not block a user you must look through your childs inbox for a message from the person you wish to block and click on one of the messages and at the bottem it says block comunications thats how you block if you submit a review
then that will do nothing to block him ok ?

Not that easy. Hes deaf. I know sign language but not enough to get the point across.

I just wont allow him to use my live account anymore. I just thought there was a way because awhile ago a guy on the support line told me there was. I just didnt ask him how back then.

Have you considered sitting down with him and his Dad and simply just let them know what is and is not allowed to be done while using your account? Set up some ground rules and when/if he doesn't follow them react accordingly
with an agreed upon punishment.

No. I want him to be able to play on the Live account. He lieks playing against people.
