How to become "Volunteer Moderator, "Microsoft Agent."

Hello, I was wondering how you become a "Volunteer Moderator or Microsoft Agent on the forums?

Moderator

You don't post to become a moderator (that's probably one of the way you're not going to get it), and it's not something you "apply" for. It's something you're asked to volunteer for.

 

Xbox Live Moderator

What does it take to become a Moderator on Xbox Live. And how I become a Xbox live Moderator.

 

No one knows how mods are chosen. Your best bet is to help out as much as you can.

 

A Microsoft agent is an employee of Microsoft. So you would have to apply for that like any other type of job.

The only advice I can give, would be to look out for positions on the Xbox Team via Careers at Microsoft | Microsoft jobs - if you are studying, speak to someone about internships.

Occasionally, Xbox and Xbox Support post opening opportunities via Twitter, so it may well be worth following via social media or Linked In.

I'm pretty sure Mods are chosen based on your activities on the forum. Not just your quantity of replies, but quality. But this I guess is only one of the criteria.

Agents are Microsoft employees and Volunteer Mod positions are on their carrers website from time to time just have to chek them out!!
