How to become aware of and remove violations to your account

Its not an error but was having a problem making purchases on my account with a credit card in good standing. Assuming some sort of violation has occurred to shut down use. Resolution?

if you remove your CC.

Constant network connectivity issues

It could be that your profile may have become corrupted.

Try remove your account from the console and redownload your account from Live.

Is it a violation to let your friend play a game on your xbox while you aren't in the room? I should hardly be held responsible for a simply misunderstanding. He was not aware of the strict nature of Xbox. I don't have any ideas or suggestions. I just wanted
to bring this to the attention of Microsoft and the community.

Here's how to remove your account from your console. But before doing so, you will need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.

Remove your account: First, please select System > Settings > account > remove accounts and then select your account and select Remove to confirm then re-add your account.

So you let your friend play on your account, which is ok, but your friend shouldn;t be participating in conversations with your account. I don't think this is an unfair enforcement.
