How to appear on line

How do I play online with my kids when they are at their moms? I am unable to play online with my kids through our xboxes

they always appear offline and we cant seem to play together. Any kind of help is appreciated.

Even if they appear offline for seome reason you can still play with them, if both are online just send them a game invitation, they will receive the notification

Yes, you the website to check your settings and make sure they are allowed to play in multiplayer games. This happened when I set my kids up as child accounts underneath my own. The website was easier to navigate rather than trying to do it via the Xbox,
at least for me anyway.

they (or you if they have Child Accounts) may need to check the Privacy and Security settings to make sure that online play is allowed.

Have you checked whether their profiles have been set to appear offline when they are actually online? If this is the case they should still be able to see when you are online.

Hi there

There is mutliple ways to do this

1.You can always just invite them to partys 2. ask them to message you when there online or 3. You can ask them to appear online when at set times to play do so. How to change to appear online is as easy as pressing the xbox button on controller going to
the gamertag pressing the account and changing the status as shown here to appear online
