How to appeal permanent suspension again in Xbox ?

I was permanently banned in Xbox for "Harassing other players through written or verbal communication" according to enforcement team case review.

The thing is, yes i was being toxic but it was the other player started it first and i fell for their trap, now my xbox account which i spent a lot of time in was perma banned for this one offense. This is my first offense and i am already perma banned ? How is this fair ? I don't mind being timed-banned for communication but getting perma banned for trashtalking once is just ridiculous.

Is there anyway i can submit a case review again to lighten the suspension from perma ban to timed-based communication ban because i cannot submit another case review to the enforcement team?

Can someone please help me or point me to the right direction to get my account unbanned ?

Hi. My name is Mel and I am an independent advisor. If you have already submitted an appeal and it wasn't lifted then there's not much else you can do. They don't issue permanent bans lightly. And unfortunately it doesn't matter who started it u still behaved in a way that violated the rules.

And the enforcement team didn't lift the ban or lighten the penalty. Now I don't have any option to "submit another case review"

This is so unfair, i spent so much time on my games! ughhhh

You only get one case review.If you've already filed one & the decision was upheld then that's it,there is no way to file another.

Doesn't matter who started it,if you respond in a way that violates the rules & are reported then you will get banned/suspended.

Permanent bans aren't issued lightly so whatever you said must of been quite severe to get a perma ban for a first offence.

It's never about who started it first and as you have found out the hard way, there are trolls out there who look to get people banned by being toxic and then reporting them as soon as that person says something.

As per the link already provided, you may be able to submit a case review but this will not guarantee anything will change but its worth a try.
