You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review. In situations like that, it's best to just report and block instead of responding. It doesn't matter how a situation starts, if you respond in a way that violates the code of conduct, you can be suspended.

No glitch in the system.

Doesn't matter how many people report you,you will only get suspended if you have broken the rules.In fact anyone abusing the reporting feature will get suspended themselves.

Sounds like while your case was being investigated they found other offences you had committed & have added to your suspension.

Same issue and no information as to why. Was on a temp suspension and supposedly I got more complaints and that caused a permanent suspension, not sure why they didn't deal with the complaints if legitimate all at the same time and then I would not have
full permanent suspension. I never swear and am always abused and reported because people can't handle a better player so falsely report and abuse this ridiculous reputation and reporting system. I've spent loads of money on this tag and got account specific
add ons that are lost forever. This system is broken a d it's time Microsoft have a proper complaints team who actually deal with these situations professionally and fair. Getting suspension for basically nothing is unfair while I have helped have over 20
people suspended and reported many others but I'm the one banned now for noobs filling false reports. And can't even appeal as can't sign into enforcement page. IT'S A JOKE.

I would say probably 99.9% of the people being told they have been permanently suspended won't be when the Enforcement system is fixed. In your case, it's difficult to say given how broken the system is...majority of Enforcement actions are not permanent suspensions so just assume it's a time limited one until the system is working again and you can get confirmation

When you get suspended you can file for a case review in most cases,it's basically a appeal against your suspension,but you must do it within a year of the enforcement action being issued.

Despite what people may say,every report is thoroughly investigated by a person so the chances of being banned for a false report is practically zero.

You'll always get people saying "i as banned for nothing" or "i was banned due to false reports or report spamming" when they know full well what they did & are just trying to full a fast one.

Anyone spamming or abusing the report feature risks being suspended themselves.
