Here is my question, I load software on a win 8.1 system and add folders that are mapped to a Server 2102R2 file server. The XBOX can see them how? Do I add an app to the XBOX? Should I install on the 2012R2 server box instead since that is where the folders
reside?

It sounds like the issue you're experiencing may be related to the permissions set on the XboxGames folder. In order to ensure that the game installs to the correct folder, you may need to adjust the folder permissions to allow the Xbox PC App to write to that folder.

1 Is the $SystemUpdate folder in the root of the USB flashdrive?

2 How many files are in that folder?

3 Is there 160MB of free space left over after you copied over the $SystemUpdate folder and its files?

Go to the game folder and find the file localsettings.txt in Fullscreen change to 1, save and test again.
