    I'm trying to add my old Xbox 360 account to my windows 10 account to play games on PC, they are on 2 separate emails, I've tried adding the email as an alias but my 360 profile doesn't show up when i login to the xbox store on win 10.

    I tried changing the email from my xbox to my current email but it wouldn't let me.

    Is there a way to do this without having to create a whole new win 10 profile?

    So on the 360 I just move the one currently on my Windows 8 account to another MS account and my old gamertag onto my Windows 8 account right?.

    Hi There,

    Thanks for reaching out to us today. If you want to sign in on the Xbox 30 with the account you use on your Windows 10 it should work just make sure to sign in with the same credentials on the Xbox 360 that you use on Windows 10.

    Transfer saves to different account

    Each 360 account can be associated with a Live account.

    Currently I have:

    old 360 account -> associated with my Live account but with the old gamertag

    new 360 account -> associated with my Live account but with the new gamertag

    The new account got created when I downloaded my profile using my microsoft sign in. The old account was associated with the same microsoft sign in but it didn't recognize my gamertag change. Now it won't let me sign in to live because it asks for my microsoft
    sign in details. I'm guessing the sign in fails because it's trying to find the microsoft account associated with the old gamertag.

    I either need to somehow transfer my saves over to the new 360 account so I can upload them to the cloud, or I need someway for my Xbox to realize that my gamertag changed on the old account so I can sign into live again with that account.
