    How to actually contact someone in Xbox support


    I have had a terrible experience with Xbox/Microsoft support . Have tried multiple times over multiple days to get a call back and nothing ever comes. I purchased a custom Xbox elite wireless 2 controller and they sent it with the wrong colors unreal and can't contact anyone to fix this $230 mistake ,by far the worst product and support experience . When trying to work through different channels of support was told by a bot that I can pay $45 to get a replacement part shipped in , lol the controller is wrong/can't be fixed by a single piece that I get to pay for on a brand new controller . Unbelievably terrible

    The only contact options are the ones you mention, the call service and the chat service, there is another chat option with a player who is perfectly capable of dealing with this type of problem.

    Regarding your problem, identify if your purchase appears in your history:

    If the package you purchased is for console, try deleting the console account, restarting it and re-login the account, go to your game library and check if it appears there.

    If your purchase is for PC, make sure you are using the same account that purchased the game on the Microsoft Store and Xbox app.

    Regarding the unrecognized charge, if it appears in your purchase history you can request a refund on this site if it is a game.

    If it is a charge that comes from another account, you must know the order number to request a refund, if you do not know the account it came from, you must report it to your bank.
