How to access xbox elite controller configuration profiles offline

Hello. Thank you for bringing this to the xbox forums. Below is a link on how to configure your elite controller. I don’t have one otherwise I would find the most direct root for you. Make a new “profile” for your controller and try experimenting with the
stick options. Dead zone would be most ideal if its listed. Good luck hope this helps.

- Press the Xbox button to open the guide, then select Profile & system > Settings.

- Select Accessibility > Controller, and then select Vibration settings.

- Choose the controller you want to change and select Configure.

For an Elite or Elite Series 2, select the configuration profile you want to change, select Edit > Vibration, and then move the sliders to adjust the vibration.

For an Xbox Wireless Controller, select Turn on vibration to turn vibration on or off.

Thanks for the update. Take a look at the following troubleshooting article
Configuring the Elite controller for more information.

• The slots correspond with the Profile Switch in the middle of your Xbox Elite Wireless Controller. You can have two different profiles saved to your controller at one time. For example, if Slot 1 is your shooter profile and Slot 2 is your racing profile,
  just flip the switch and you're ready to go. You won't need to adjust any other settings. You can also do this while you play a game.
• Your configuration of the slots travels with your controllers. If you take your controller to a friend's house, the configuration will be saved on the controller and usable there.
  
• If you customize Slot 1 or Slot 2 on your controller on a different console, the new configuration will be saved to the controller and overwrite your old configuration.

I recommend reviewing the configuration for the elite controller.
