I would suggest using the recovery form to get access back to the account as if you try to reset the password, its most likely going to send an email to the email account you deleted.

I assume you mean that google deleted the email associated with your old account? If this is the case there would be no way to access the account.

As you mentioned that you suspect that this gamertag is linked to one of your old email accounts. I will suggest login to your old email account and change the email address of that one with your new email address as described here https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/12407/microsoft-account-change-email-phone-number

Or you can delete or change your gamertag by accessing your old email account first.

If you delete the old email, it will be completely deleted. You will not be able to ever access it again.
