    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

    If this was purchased on Microsoft Store you should be able to access the DLC as soon as the DLC is released.

    May I ask what DLC are you pertaining to?

    Also, is this the game edition that you purchased?

    Specifically the games I want to pre order but cannot due to the error I keep on getting are Star Wars: Jedi Survivor, the Lightfall Expansion for Destiny 2 and Diablo 4.

    By the way,some more info to my problem: I’ve checked almost every other game in the same category in the Microsoft store and it’s not creating the same problem, it’s just Jedi Survivor that won’t let me pre order it and it’s the one game I want right now.

    If you visit the store and search for Call of Duty Black Ops 3 Pre-Order Bonus Pack, are you able to download the content? That should be how you access the pre-order content for Advanced Warfare as the description for the Black Ops 3 pre-order describes.
