    How to access Insider Hub if under 18


    I have an under 18 account, and was trying to get into the Insider Hub, and I says to get a parent accept the terms and such, however after looking for a good while we could not find any setting regarding the issue. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

    Why does the Xbox Insider Hub ask me to be 18+?

    Okay, I get it. But before I was making the post, I saw someone else's post with the same question (that thread is now locked, unfortunately). It says that the user is over 18 years old yet they cannot access the Xbox Insider Hub because it says that they're "under 18". A reply said that the Xbox Insider Hub checks the age you originally created your account at and not the age you're currently at.

    You have to be 18 or older to use xbox insider- if the age registered on the account is under 18, it isn't allowed access.

    I'm not sure what you mean by that. I load up the app and it doesn't even give me an option to log in, just says I'm under 18. I will give reddit a go too. Thank you :)
