How to access cloud save from new decice

Hey hope you are well, i have gamepass on on my pc and have been playing on it for a while using cloud saves,however i downloaded the gamepass app to my laptop and when i play games through it it doesnt access the cloud save at all, it basicly starts me off as if ive never played the game before even tough i am using the same account i would on my pc, how can i get my laptop to access the saves on the cloud *the game is FM manager23

Hello Nols88, this is really weird, it should pull the save of the game you've been playing on XCloud.

Have you checked if you have the latest version of Windows installed, at 22H2.

1 - Type cmd (Command Prompt) in the search bar of the Start menu and then click Run as administrator.

2 - Enter chkdsk /f/x/r/v

Being in use the system will ask if the user wants to check the chosen drive after reboot. Just type S and restart the computer.

Unfortunately it is not possible to access saves from the cloud and remotely.

I say this because cloud saves are overwritten when we save new data.

How would I access games that see saved to the cloud?

like if a save got corrupted would I be able o get an older version pf that save from the cloud?

In order to access your save games, you will want to save them on the cloud first, then you will be able to access the save games from any console that you sign into. You do need a gold sub in order to save to the cloud however.

[/quote]No 'Roaming Profile' and 'Cloud Storage' are two different things. 'Cloud Storage' allows you to access saved games from the "Cloud". 'Roaming Profile' allows you to access your profile from multiple consoles without
recovering it or using a USB device.

@OP How you enable it is when you sign into a new console, it will give you the option to store the gamertag on that console.

**Note** It will not allow you sign into more than one console at the same time.
