    So I accepted my child's request to playing Fortnite but when he went into the game it told him to send another request so he sent it to me but I don't know how to accept that request from emails but not there.

    Have you tried Xbox.com/forgot??? Contacting phone support is also a great way to clear up account issues. GOOD LUCK!!!

    friend request some of us get throughout the day and if we accepted every persons friend request, we wouldn't be able to have anymore.
