    How to a get a new code and how do you contact a human?


    Today I bought a $25 gift card at Walgreens and the person that printed it has the entire code cut off and I can’t scratch the rest of it off I bought it and spend the last 3 hrs trying to figure out how to get it replaced I’ve tried the customer support and just get looped around with all these games i bought the gift card and I can’t even use it and it’s impossible to get ahold of anyone please help

    Yea not a problem, I know how difficult this can be, So on the code of the card you can Generally make the code out for example 3GJ you can see a good portion of it it might take a few guesses but I am confindent you can decipher it and get the approiate credit to the xbox account :)

    Hi Ashley, because you bought the card from Walgreens you would have to speak to someone in their department for that. I don't believe that they print out the codes in themselves, But in the case they do you could always ask to have them re print the recipt out and it should have the same code on there.
