How the hell does this make sense?

My account was stolen yesterday. I could access my Minecraft account for a while and didn't notice the stealing. So when I got locked out I was very surprised, an immediately messaged support. After 30 minutes of the talk they said they would text me back. I got the message shortly after. They said I cant get my account back because the hacker changed security info(changed email and added 2FA) and all they could do is suspend my account permanently. Like, what the hell. I confirmed that I was hacked and I was the owner and they cant do anything just because he set up new security info? And saying its all because they care about us? how do they care about us if I cant get my Minecraft account back which alone costs 20€ and as well any progress I made on servers I play. I think Microsoft/ Xbox should really rethink their concept of helping us

the system is just so messed up, yes, I know its my bad I didn't use 2fa but I couldn't even manage activity on my account or kick out the hacker from the email I got sent. I said check your account activity because my email was deleted. Once I click the link it straight up sends me to login and I cant use my email. Like, what? And I couldn't even go to support about my account without it. And no one could help me. IDK, at least do some kind of help

I am sorry you got your account hacked, however the only way to recover your account is by filling the recovery form. If the information does not match the one in the system, your account may not be recovered.

The best Support you can get, is the one you already had. As they could assist you with the recovery form, and they offered to assist with suspending the account. Of which, we do not have any access to from this Forum.

The least we can do is help resolve any queries, by directing you to the correct channels or giving troubleshooting tips. Microsoft Support have more access than us. However, the help they already gave you may be all the help you can get.

This makes zero sense. what are you even saying? leave noise screen in game? what the hell is a noise screen and how does brightness affect it? were you just extremely drunk when you wrote this?
