How the hell do I SPEAK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I am absolutely furious. For days I have been trying to speak to someone and can't seem to get through. I call and the message tells me to go online. I go online and cannot get through to live chat. I need to speak to somone to resolve an Issue I
am having with Madden 20. EA sports Help is JUST AS BAD!!! I NEED A HUMAN!!

easiest way to talk to someone in Support is go to https://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us

click Contact us

then select Family and online safety as the category

select I want to protect my account as the topic

click Next

Skip the Covid notification

scroll to the bottom of the options and then select Chat online or Request a call
