How soon can I refund my Xbox?

My only question is how soon can I refund my Xbox series S, Microsoft?

I’ve been using this Xbox for well over a year now, and that is not a long time for gaming consoles so I don’t want to hear that it’s common wear and tear.

I play several games completely happily with zero problems, these include; rocket league, Skyrim, madden 23, and some over various solo played games.

The Xbox runs perfectly smoothly during those sessions.

HOWEVER.

There are multiple games that have been left unplayable because of this garbage console. Formula1 22, Forza Motorsport, MLB the show, Battlefield and honestly several others that when they crashed I didn’t care and deleted the game.

when I play this games I load in and can sometimes get through the menu screen but I never play for more than 5 minutes before the screen freezes and the game crashes. I KNOW it’s not the online servers because I have tested that. I play offline and it still crashes.

I know it’s not overheating because I have moved it several times with no success.

these are larger sized games and I’m not sure if my console can’t handle the operating needs? I’ve gone as far as deleting every game except one to play and it still crashes.

‘Solutions’ I have tried:

Resetting

Clearing cache

Unplugging external hard drive

Reinstalling games

Fixing overheating

I have done it ALL. With no success.

So, my question is, when can I get a refund on this console that doesn’t work, because I am so close to never buying another thing from Microsoft the rest of my life.

How soon can we expect a resolution Miss Kleo? I dont want the game anymore; I just want my MS points refunded from the game and the Vietnam expansion I purchased.

Hopefully we will get this sorted soon, if not I will be requesting a refund through paypal on Tuesday as I can see ms taking forever to refund my money if I do it through them.
