How so stop login looping on all microsoft apps.

I understand what is the behavior on the login screen. Eli, in this case we can observe some aspects, such as: The problem may be caused by an incompatible application or video driver.

Three apps are known to cause screen flickering in Windows 10: Norton AV, iCloud, and IDT Audio. In most cases, updating the app or contacting the app manufacturer for an update resolves the issue.

Anyway, we can try the steps below:

Step 1

As it has access to the login screen, it is possible to access advanced startup by restarting the system by pressing the SHIFT key.

1. Right-click on the shutdown computer icon.

2. Then select Restart with the SHIFT key pressed;

3. It will open the advanced boot options;

4. Click Troubleshooting > Advanced Options > Startup Settings;

3. Click Restart.

4. Press the keyboard key 5 to start safe mode with networking.

5. After check if you can insert your password to access the system user.

Step 2:

After booting in safe mode, uninstall the display driver:

1. Press Windows Flag Key + X , click Device Manager

2. Expand the Display Adapters section , right-click on the listed adapter and select Uninstall Device . Check the Delete the driver for this device checkbox , select Uninstall and restart your computer.

Step 3:

Still in safe mode:

Windows 8.1/Windows 10 Clean Boot

1. Press Windows + R key combinations and type Msconfig, click Ok

2. Click on the Services tab, after enabling the option Hide all Microsoft services and then click on Disable all.

3. After clicking on System Initialization > Advanced Options > Enable the option "Number of processors" and thus define the largest amount available.

4. Then click on the Startup Programs tab , and thus disable all Programs, after clicking OK and Restart the computer.

NOTE: This procedure disables all third-party services and programs. You can later, if the problem is solved in this way, enable the programs and services that will start with Windows, selectively, instead of keeping them all disabled. If the problem returns after activating the startup of a specific service or program, the problem is exactly in the startup of this software and it is recommended to remove it.

Same issue tonight. Signed into Xbox.com, but that Tactile app won't sign in. App is in a constant loop telling me to try to login to Xbox.com when I already am.

It looks like I can't sign in on windows apps at all. I can't even login from settings. I think it's an issue with my computer though, as it works perfectly fine on my old PC.

as I told you, if you want to enable it, you must say yes.
