How remove new ‘top played bar’

This is blatant advertising and suggestive selling to my kids and it needs to be removed or at least repositioned where I want it (at the very bottom).

This sort of behaviour belongs at KFC not in my living room.

I believe they're remove Party from the companion app and moving it to the Xbox Game Bar (Win+G). Once you open Game Bar be sure to check if the option to receive Xbox One party/game invites is turned on.

To start a party on Game Bar, you'll have to create a new message and add friends in it and click on the Headset icon on the top right.
