I have spent 4 hours trying to sort out a problem caused by pathetic MS system setups but chat and calls constantly drop.

Is there a Human that can help?

Unfortunately the Support site has been experience issues lately, but they are being fixed.

The best way to get in touch with a human @ support is to go to support.xbox.com and request a callback regarding your issue.

Hopefully you will get it solved soon

Well ideally you don't break the windows. But you can also just contiously revive the person with hacker, again, hopefully with the refibrillater or quick revive until you get to earth.
