    How much longer us it going to take to get my rewards its been two years but you cant tell me ?


    It's been two years since I have received my rewards you guys keep saying wait and it'll get fixed but it's been way too long am I ever going to get my rewards is there something I can do on my end to speed up the process it's like a hundred dollars or more
    that I have been waiting this whole time can you guys please give me some solid information.

    why aren’t my rewards getting sent to me, you guys told me a while ago they you were having problems but how long does it take! I have been a loyal member for years. Where are my rewards? You guys are Microsoft it shouldn’t take this long!

    My Tenure Reset to 0

    My Tenure should be 3 going on 4 in december but it has reset to 0 years. Can anyone tell me why and how long this will take to get resolved? Thanks in advance.

    Unfortunately, since the database this error is occurring on is not within the control of our program, we must wait for a resolution from the team assigned to this issue. This database contains user billable account information. We need correct information
    from this database, since your billable account is how we determine where to place your currency. Since we are not receiving the correct information on where you are expecting your deposit, our process aborts rather than place your deposit into an unreachable
    account. At the time of this posting, we have still not received a resolution from our other team, although they are reporting progress on the issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    its been 24 hours but i cant get onto microsoft rewards it says its been suspended and when i go on customer support it says its not me its them and they are trying to fix it. quick question though.. will my daily sets be lost as i cant get onto rewards?

    It has been 13 months and I still can't re-apply so I'm not sure what to do. I have tried contacting support again today and they said it would take 1 year, maybe longer. I asked if they know how long it takes or if it is even possible to get back in to
    the program and there really wasn't much more they could tell me.

    Hello Georges C, I have a Vodafone Smart 6 phone. I think that is what its called. I have been using Rewards on console for a few years now. I also used my tablet in the past, however after one of the Rewards updates it no longer lets me get Rewarded for searches on the phone. So i thought i would use my phone but the apps wont show up in the Google Play store.
