    I can completely understand your issues! There is an XBOX app that you can put on your phone to not only monitor the account but also to make changes if need be. :)

    Frogger, you can do it both ways. You can block their access to Live completely. You can also set the Family Timer to control when/how much they get to play on Live. Check this out for more info:

    As far as I can see you need the 4 button pass-code. If you do not have that you will need to phone support and they will be able to help.
