How many times does an issue have to be reported before it is a "known issue"?

There have been known issues with faulty hard drives sold through reputable amazon dealers many times before.

And it's also a well known sexual phrase which is why it was issued a fnc.

You're an ambassador so should at least have a rough idea how reporting someone works.

If you reported someone last night then of course they are still playing.The report has to be investigated first before any action is carried out which takes time.

Well known error, unfortunately and not fixable. See Known Issues over at Waypoint. Soon it is 3 months since release and no solution. We are many that have not been in able to play at all. No formal response either, or offer for reimbursement, progress
report etc. Dont waste any time trying to solve it - I wasted 9 hours... and you will only get useless advice from the Misters here, advice they know will not work.

Just return the game to the retailer, but print out the Know Issue side to show them. Sad way to part with Master Chief, but since 343i/MS does not solve it, consider a PS next time.

No matter how many people report you does not get you banned. Enforcement investigates pretty thoroughly before they issue bans or suspensions. You will need to inquire here

Then Xbox and Microsoft need to fix the problem because there is known issues as many MANY people are reporting the same problem. Stop being stupid and offer real solutions and not cookie cutter copy past bull junk.
