How many times do I have to say that Xbox Live Player Report Abuse is a Problem

or All these years I have been hearing false

advertisements of Microsoft Saying We have the best Team for everything

that goes wrong. I have been Abused from Chat Communication on Xbox

Live and Banned 4 times now for something I didn't do Wrong and I am

getting Sick and Tired of your Enforcement team accecpting these reports

giving these Random Players that takes advantages of abusing the

Player Report System Credit.

If you don't fix this Problem everytime I come up with a random player telling me to Shut Up in Chat or telling me that I am Mad or Crying Im going to start Reporting them and Getting Them Communication Banned if you keep Letting this Problem Progress

or Else Im done Paying for your Broken Xbox Live Service Fix This Problem

Naming and shaming is not allowed on the forums. If you have an issue with a player please use the reporting system to report the user on Xbox Live. If you are not sure how to do that see the link below.

Xbox Live Player Report Abuse is a Problem

The level of toxic behavior you bring to this community, especially the Battlefield subset of it, is just not needed. We're at a loss to explain why you resort to the activity you carry on with. Maybe you should stop paying for the "Broken Xbox Live Service"
as you've suggested and move on.

You've been reported by multiple individuals on our server alone for outrageous activity. I suspect you're going to continue to struggle in finding a home for your gameplay if you keep up the antics. It doesn't help your case when you're documenting your
own false narratives with multiple posts about your bans (and inability to follow the rules of the service or the servers in which you've played).

Even the moderator on that last link was not impressed by your inability to not follow simple forum rules. You may want to reflect on the fact that problem is most likely you rather than others. For what it's worth, as much as we'd love to have another player
join our server to keep strengthening the community, mediocre performance or not that you may possess, we will not be lifting your ban at XBL / North America / [MaD] Metro 24/7 because you simply cannot follow rules and create an imbalance/unfair disadvantage
for other players who also paid their due.

As noted in a previous thread, if anyone from the Microsoft team needs details/evidence of the events coinciding with this individual's permanent ban from our specific server, please reach out to me and I'll facilitate. Thank you once again for looking

Will I get banned just because I received complaints?
No. A common misconception is that a certain number of reports will result in an automatic suspension. According to the myth, even if you haven’t done anything wrong someone can get you suspended by encouraging players to file many complaints. This is completely

You would have received a suspension or ban for violating the code of conduct or terms of use.

The Enforcement team doesn't use the forums.

 

So I can Report anyone that I please without having a reason why im making that report and easily get that players Chat communication Suspended even if I dont like what i hear from what they say

 

No. You can report someone for any reason you want, but the enforcement team is going to investigate the report. If they find the person violated the code of conduct, they will be suspended. If they find that the person did nothing wrong, then nothing will
happen.

 

ok SO Then why am im getting Communication chat suspended with in the a week of getting unsuspended from my last Chat suspended huh as soon as I am able to chat I never use my chat headset and either way I get suspended no matter what apparently the System

my 1st Suspended was back in May 1st-15th, a week later near the end of the month May 27th-28 I get a quick chat suspended right away because I ended up sending a message to a player in Battlefield 4 sending him a Message ( Quote: PTFO) that's all I said
and right there I was instantly Chat Suspended just cause I send him a PTFO Message. The once again I got Chat Suspended Abused again in the Same Month into the 1st week of June May 31st-June 1st, same Message I send them I get a Chat suspended. After this
Last Chat suspended I gave it a whole month and Moved to the Playstation due to the fact that Players were abusing the System to report players getting them Suspended because they don't have a reason why I decided to come back at the end of this month and
now I am suspended for 2 weeks June 25th-July 10th on my Chat communication on the same Message I send players in the past and Im the problem I can't say PTFO which means Play the F*****g Objective come on now

This Player Report System is being abused and needs to be fixed I've been an Xbox Live member since 2005 never had an issue like this till now

 

Since we don't work for the enforcement team we can't say why you've been getting the suspensions. Investigations do take time so the suspensions you have been receiving could have actually been for actions that took place before the previous suspension.

As far as the phrase you've been sending, you may want to read over the code of conduct:

• Content that could harm or harass a person, including yourself, or an animal. For example:
  • Profane words or phrases
  • Suicide-related content
  • (Note: the examples below are just a few examples of the type of behavior prohibited by the Microsoft Code of Conduct. Just because something isn't on this list doesn't mean it's OK.)
  • Negative speech (including hate speech or threats of harm) directed at people who belong to a group, including groups based on race, ethnicity, nationality, language, gender, age, disability, veteran status, religion, or sexual orientation/expression
  • "Noise", which is excessive speech intended to interfere with or disrupt another person's or group's ability to enjoy a game or app on Xbox Live
  • Content showing or promoting animal abuse
• Content that is controversial. For example:
  • Sexual, provocative, pornographic, or adult content
  • Violent content
  • Controversial religious content
  • Anything involving notorious people or organizations
